Participation Agreement, practices are linked to the Company’s
national contracts with Sanofi Pasteur and Merck. Vaccine
orders are placed directly with the manufacturers either on-line
or by phone, who in turn ship and invoice the practices. As an
Atlantic member, practices receive favorable pricing,
purchasing, and payment terms and can participate in periodic promotions
offered by the manufacturers.
